Would you like to join a dynamic, fast growing and challenging company? CTR/Hayco is a multinational manufacturing company looking for a Team Leader to join our Production team in Portugal.
Job Purpose
Coordinate day-to-day activities of a team of production operators to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to the established production specifications and schedule; volume, cost and wastage targets; and quality standards.
Job Responsabilities
- Carry out production arrangement of production lines
- Monitor production process flow on production lines to ensure compliance with production requirement and work instruction
- Follow through production quality issues encountered by team, timely feedback quality issues to Quality team and follow up
- Timely identify technical issues in production and follow up with Manufacturing Engineering to get the issues fixed
- Monitor workstation and production arrangement for team
Profile Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment;
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role;
- Experience working with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage;

Understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety requirements;

Knowledge of production planning and workflow management;

Ability to interpret work instructions, production reports, and KPIs;

Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
