With special focus on young people, the Young Talent program is designed to offer employment opportunity for recent university graduates as trainee in various functional areas to inspire and grow a fulfilling career in Hayco. 

In the program, young talents would be attached to a team to learn and deliver tangible results, while connecting with other associates for on-the-job learning opportunities and social experiences.  Young talents would participate in project work and present deliverables to our leaders.

Our ultimate goal is to equip young talents at the starting point of their careers with a bread of knowledge, soft and hard skills, proper attitude and values as well as building up their capability in the future career development.
