Hayco also advocates diversity and inclusion under our ONE Hayco corporate initiative.  Various programs with specific focus have been implemented to reinforce this initiative.  Here just to name a few examples:

  • Friendly and caring work environment: Hayco Kid Sponsorship in Dominican Republic to grant a nominal cash award to selected employee kids attaining brilliant school results
  • Cultivating cross-cultural inclusion: team building, cross-culture work teams, cross-functional projects to cultivate boundless collaboration and partnership
