Job Purpose

The Sourcing Specialist will be focused on data management and is responsible for managing, analyzing, and transforming sourcing, spend, supplier, and contract data into actionable insights. This role supports strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, compliance governance, and contract administration across a global manufacturing organization.
The position serves as the central data and reporting hub for the Sourcing team, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, cleanse, and analyze sourcing and spend data from SAP and related systems.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on spend, savings, supplier performance, and compliance.
  • Maintain supplier master data and contract administration records.
  • Track contract validity, renewals, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate supplier performance scorecards and KPI reporting.
  • Support sourcing teams with reliable data for RFQs, negotiations, and award decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
  • Improve reporting efficiency through automation and standardization.
  • Support audits, governance reviews, and supplier onboarding processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–7 years’ experience in sourcing analytics, supply chain data management, or related roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / industrial environment preferred.
  • Exposure to multinational organizations is an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
  • SAP (MM and reporting experience preferred).
  • Power BI and/or Tableau (strong advantage).
  • Strong experience handling large datasets and data cleansing.
