Job Responsibilities
- Payroll and Service Desk -manages attendance management and salary processing within the established deadlines in order to guarantee compliance with the date on which remuneration is credited to the account; Resposible for salary guarnishement mananagement and meal allowance cards. Responding to requests for clarification from Employees in the HR field and issue declarations as employee requests, in a timely and rigorous manner, in order to guarantee a personalized and quality service and to ensure that all requests receive answers in good time;
- Compliance with Legal Requirements - Issuing remuneration, social security, IRS withholding and payment files and union dues, as well as insurance maps, single reports, annual IRS declarations, overtime work maps and other legally required documents, in accordance with applicable rules and in order to ensure compliance with the legal provisions in force at any given time. Responding to notifications from the competent legal entities and managing legal proceedings with employees.
- Contracts management and Individual Employee File - Set-up employment contracts for new hires, warning of their expiry, lauches and manages probation managem review on the system and ensuring that the contracts are maintained, renewed or terminated, in accordance with the legal provisions and internal procedures in force, in order to ensure that they are complied with and do not constitute a legal risk or contingency for the company; Creating, updating and maintaining Individual Employee Files (PIC), in accordance with the HR Administrative Management procedures in force and the applicable legal provisions, in order to guarantee a complete, organized and reliable file, keeping the information confidential but available for people management processes;
- Guarantees all working schedules are correct and visible on timely manner. Issues formal communications regarding accordign to legal timelines stablished.
- Manages temporary agency employee cycle and hiring and onboarding for Direct Labor employees.
- Internal Communication: issues onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility and promotion communications
- Supports Internal Occupational Health activities
Education
Human Resources Management Degree or equivalent
