Job Responsibilities

1. Receives daily instructions briefing from Team Leader and organizes work based on latest instructions.
2. Operates equipment and machine according to the work instruction (WI) to assemble plastic product and meets the through-put run rate with high quality and minimum waste.
3. Performs equipment and machine set up for new product or product changeover.
4. Performs daily cleaning, servicing and autonomous maintenance (part of Total Productive Maintenance). Performs simple machine trouble shooting. Reports to Technician on any abnormally of the assembly equipment, machine, tool and fixture.
5. Receives training on new product or new/modified process.
