Job Responsibilities

1.Resolves daily manufacturing issues (manpower, method, machine, material and environment) by requesting for support from other departments and teams.
2. Allocate and balance manpower resources. Reduce waste and minimize productivity loss.
3. Collects and reports monthly KPI of individual staffs to manager on time.
4. Manage 7S and evaluate the performance of different production teams.
5. Follow up new projects and make sure target completion date and goals are met.
6. Follow up open issues including CAPA, work order aging, CAN, etc. and ensure that they are closed on time.
