Job Responsibilities

Job Scope:
Supervise production lines according to production plan and on-site management to achieve safety, quality improvement and efficiency ensuring the optimization about resources.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities, and resolves daily manufacturing issues (manpower, method, machine, material and environment) by requesting for support from other departments and teams.
• Drive standardization of production operations following SOP and WI requirements. Allocate and balance manpower resources to achieve productivity, reduce waste and minimize productivity loss.
• Collects and reports monthly KPI of individual staffs to manager on time. Monitor and track all the core team metrics including safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and productivity for monthly, weekly or daily KPIs reports.
• Ensure and maintain 7’S on the areas under his responsibilities.
• Support new projects to ensure target completion date and goals are met.
• Work with PMC together and set appropriate PVA for PD team.
• Ensure transactions in SAP in a timely manner (MR – SRN – CAN – Hours confirmation).
• Investigate root causes of non-conformances in audit, identify and execute corrective actions by the expected completion date and ensure follow up and/or open issues in a CAPA. 
• Ensure comply with Good Manufacturing practices (GMPs) and the integrity to our products.
• Identify training needs for their employees.

Requirements

Work experience: 2 – 4 years of assembly production supervisory work experience in  goods manufacturing environment.

Certification:    

•    ISO 14000 Environmental Management System.
•    ISO 9000 Quality Management System.
•    Total Productive Maintenance.
•    Train the Trainer
•    Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt/Black Belt 
•    Internal audit (Desirable).

Knowledge:    

•    Plastic or other products assembly.
•    Supervision techniques.
•    Performance motivation.
•    Lean, waste reduction and Kaizen concepts.
•    Safety.
•    OTIF (On time in Full).
•    Absenteeism management.
•    Productivity.
•    Scrap reduction.
•    Downtime.
•    7S
•    4M analysis process (Man, Machine, Methods, Material)
•    Root cause analysis & problem solving tools (Ishikawa, 8D,DMAIC,etc)
•    SAP Knowledge (desirable).
•    Basic Statistical Tools 
•    English language
•    Microsoft office (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc)

Skills:    

•    Interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Problem solving and equipment trouble shooting (statistical, logical and heuristic) skills.
•    Computer literacy skills.

Available to work in Shift C
Monday - Saturdays from 10:30PM to 6:30AM
