Job Responsibilities

Participate in mold making machine operations to ensure all machines are running efficiently and productively. Manage all mold making machines. Troubleshoot problems that may arise from machining operations. Perform maintenance according to TPM (Total productivity maintenance). Drive the multi-skill program for technical competence development. Read and understand a variety of documents including blue prints, CAD models, process specifications, sketches and verbal instructions. Participate in and implement productivity improvement programs. Keep machines and equipment in good condition with regular maintenance.
