Job Responsibilities

Convert stakeholders business requirements and expectations into IT solutions and/or process improvement. Lead project management and execution, work with vendors on project delivery. Conduct business analysis by producing Business Requirement Documentation clearly stating the aligned business needs and system, requirements for IT team or external vendor to build or modify the systems. Liaison with internal clients to standardize business operation and process to convert into user requirements. Provide production support to user enquiries and operation issues in production systems. Deliver user training by preparing materials, organizing training and assessment. Facilitate technology discovery in evaluating potential software solutions. Support ad hoc requests for reports involving programing or non-programing to transform data into analytics for business decision.
