Staff Specialist, Customer Service
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, or order management.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and experience with data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and demand planning software.
- Certifications in Demand Planning (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.
- Mid to high-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Experience in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery and zero customer complaints.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to order fulfillment.
- Escalate issues related to capacity vs. customer orders/forecast.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (PMC, shipping) and external customer supply chain teams.
- Drive process standardization and SAP optimization for order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present sales outlooks, forecast analyses, and regular reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
