Job Responsibilities

Administer delivery of a few HR areas in compliance with company policies and legislative requirements covering:
- Employment transactions related to contracts, hiring, movement, separation, etc.
- Employee records maintenance pertaining to pay, benefits, leaves of absence, departure, etc.
- Pay and benefits implementation and administration for salary review, benefits enrollment, insurance claims, etc.
- Payroll administration: payroll processing, timekeeping, payroll system maintenance, salaries taxes filing, etc.
- Training administration: support program delivery and logistics, effectiveness evaluation, records and compliance, etc.
- HR metrics, analytics and reporting for management review and/or local authorities
- New policies and procedures implementation
- Handling employee enquiries
