Job Responsibilities

Serve as the technical subject matter expert to support the key HR and people related processes and systems, working closely with other subject matter experts in HR and IT.  Participate in HRIS projects.  Provide support to HR users in solving system configuration topics.  Troubleshoot system errors and issues as arise and assess options for resolution.  Support execution of massive updates and data audits of HR systems when required.  Deliver a variety of reports and ad hoc queries.  Analyze data flow to, from, and within HR systems to identify, document and implement process improvements.  Maintain procedures, guidelines and documentation for HR systems.  Make continuous improvement recommendations to process and data owners for timely and accurate data management.
