Requirements

1 – 4 years of experience, managing employee benefits work experience in large scale labour intensive factory environment.

Job Responsibilities

Administer service delivery of one or two HR areas for HR transactional service excellence and customer satisfaction

Works with C& B Manager to establish or revise the compensation and benefits guidelines in accordance to local regulations and targeted competitive labour market position. Publishes the guidelines to all employees.

Works closely with Broker and Health Insurance Providers to process all request related to life and health insurance policies.

Manage and control the service of Employee Uniforms, as well as ensure a good inventory, purchase order and delivery coordination
