Senior Technician Mold Making

Education

Graduate of Industrial Mechanical Engineering and / or related fileds.

Requirements

1.-  At least 4 years making and design high precision spare parts in a Tool Room, Managing TPM in Injection Molds.

2.- Preventive & corrective Maintenance, TPM, MTTR, MTBF, RTF, Trigonometry, Drawings read, Drawing Symbols red, 3D Drawing trough master cam, as well as 2D drawing, cutting steel speed, managing of grinding CNC, EDM and WEDM, knowledge in measurement process and measurement equipment manage, planning job through prioritization, steel material requirement, know setting machines for special jobs, NX full command,

Job Responsibilities

Assemble, repair, inspect, clean and polish molds using skills and tools. Perform mold preventive maintenance, track, record and update tasks. Comply with 7S standard to keep a safe work environment. Assist in company safety audits. Mentor operators, technicians and peer associates on maintenance and technical procedures.
