Education

Diploma or equivalent technical qualification a college student nearing the end of his degree program.

Requirements

0 – 4 years of assembly production supervisory work experience in a fast moving consumer goods manufacturing environment..

 Plastic products assembly.
 Supervisory of a team of subordinates
 Performance motivation
 ISO9000 Quality Management System
 Total Productive Maintenance
 Lean, waste reduction and Kaizen concepts
 8D method, PDCA

Job Responsibilities

1. Plans and organizes production work based on work order released by Planning and Inventory Control team.
2. Arranges special production work for new product introduction, new equipment installation, and other planned events such as equipment maintenance.
3. Meets and exceeds the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on safety, cost, quality and productivity.
4. Resolves daily manufacturing issues (manpower, method, machine, material and environment) by requesting for support from other departments and teams.
5. Up keeps manufacturing data and records.
