Job Responsibilities

Implement and assist with the design of employee engagement programs and morale boosting activities and events to positively engage employees. Track and report on employee engagement in all campaigns. Utilize internal communication platforms to communicate with employees to increase participation in engagement activities. Monitor and collaborate on messaging of internal and external culture communications. Administer budget and payment to vendors for engagement activities.
