Requirements

• More than 12 years of working experience in equipment maintenance of which 5 years in managerial position in fast pace manufacturing environment.
• Experience on TPM system implementation
• Experience on managing department with +55 staffing structure
• Technical certification on equipment repairs, TPM, RCM, Lean Manufacturing
• Must Understood the LOTO concept, and its application
• Automations systems and their applications
• Familiar with common equipment, machine, fixtures and tools used in consumer goods industry. Complete understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and “Fool-proof” (Poka-yoke) concepts and applications.
• Lean Manufacturing
• Project Management
• CRM Certified preferred

Job Responsibilities

Manages the TPM system for the whole site (ME, IM). Design the standard, implement and monitor the key metrics for the Hayco asset management system. The system shall be integrated for the production floor and its Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance program, Hayco Facilities, Spare parts management system and Audit Mold Maintenance program. As the owner of the Hayco DR asset management system must design and implement the whole TPM program in coordination with the functional areas. Establish targets in such areas as equipment reliability and service standards, and monitor performance of all maintenance activities against these goals
