Senior Manager Facilities

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.

Requirements

Work Experience: 8+years of working experience in Facilities Construction or Maintenance function in manufacturing factory of which 2 years in managerial position in fast pace manufacturing environment.

Knowledge: 

  • Familiar with ISO14000 Environment Management System
  • Criteria of Green Building
  • Mechanical and Electrical work
  • Air Handling Unit
  • Energy efficiency and utilization
  • Building codes
  • Local government regulations

Job Responsibilities

Plan, budget and schedule facility and building construction, maintenance, repair activities. Interface with external construction vendors for building expansion, renovation and maintenance. Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs. In collaboration with EHS to ensure facilities and operations are in compliance with required EHS policies and guidelines. Support internal and external audits. Improve facility management processes, establish standard work/procedures, upgrade systems/technology and drive cost reduction. Identify long range facility growth plan and associated change initiatives. Follow up governmental news or change in policies and regulations and ensure facilities is in compliance.
