Job Responsibilities

Continue improvement and technical support to all sustaining products including component/product verification, validation and release for production. Follow up the design change projects, repeat molds and components qualification included plastic, metal or purchased parts within specified timeline. Responsible for maintenance of CAF, BOM, ECR and ECON. Conduct root cause analysis for trouble shooting on all production issues. Cooperate with and implement company lean production requirements and policies. Communicate and coordinate with related teams including Production, etc. Coach less experienced engineers.
