Requirements

Engineering maintenance
3+ years working on maintenance area and staff management 
Preferably certified in reliability maintenance, TPM, FMEA.
Medium level knowledge of SAP.
Problem solving tools.
Understanding Drawings Specification, 
Interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving and equipment trouble shooting skills 
Computer literacy skills

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for compliance with the 7’S and the EHS normative in the production and workshop areas under is lead

Design, implement and keep updated   the TPM System thru the EO-Book. 

Support root cause investigation thru machine failures, CAPA’s for internal/external QA incidents or QA events thru RCA techniques.

Management of technical staff, leading the core activities related to the TPM, preventive/corrective maintenance and Maintenance planning.

Responsible for the preparation and administration of the maintenance budget for the assigned area.

Spare parts Management, responsible for the monitoring of the spares parts inventory.

Responsible for the supervision of all contractors’ activities related to the assigned area. (all)

Maintenance KPIs control (Maintenance compliance, downtimes, OEE, etc) (all)

Supervise and keep control of all absences, extra hours and vacations of the personnel. (all)

Perform periodic maintenance staff evaluation based on the assigned KPIs. (All
