Recruitment Assistant (Temporary)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related fields.

 

Requirements

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and maintaining detailed records. 
     
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. 
     
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the recruitment process. 
     
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Handling paperwork, processing background checks, and managing candidate records.
  • Candidate Management: Sourcing and screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Job Postings: Preparing and posting job ads online.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintaining accurate and organized candidate databases.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing interview support.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Communication: Representing the company and answering candidate inquiries.
