Job Responsibilities

Organize team to achieve the Key Performance Indicator targets within budget allocation. Schedule and arrange workload in the workshop with daily operations plan. Work with internal teams and New Products Development, Marketing and Program Management departments on new customer requirements. Involve in the qualification and release of new mold and assist in establishing the mold maintenance standards. Work closely with Injection Molding Technology team to develop fixtures, tools and process to enhance production efficiency and quality. Establish tracking and reporting system including the molds in workshop, production and warehouse areas. Cultivate Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 7S culture in Mold Shop. Develop standard operating procedure (SOP), Work Instruction (WI) and safety measures for all injection molding processes. Ensure documentation, drawings and process check sheets are controlled and up-to-date.
