Requirements
Work Experience : At least 8 years of working experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry managing the business relationship with major global customers. Minimum 2 years in managerial experience working with a team of staff in charge of a wide spectrum of FMCG products dealing with key customers.
Knowledge : International trade. Consumer insights in FMCG.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Service – Insures the wider Hayco organization is responsive to customer’s requests with proper communication practices. (i.e., 12- hour response commitments, no one line emails, etc.). Involves in all customer interactions by being copied in all emails communication so that customer responses are timely and professional.
OTIF – Leads and facilitates order fulfilment (on time delivery in full) and resolves issues relating to capacity-match to customer’s forecast.
Gross Margin – Ensure GM is tracked and appropriate actions and escalations are made i.e. Line down time, scrap, material increases, low productivity, etc. are driven down to ensure the business results. Monitor cost inputs and escalates up to individual departmental heads for corrective actions. Tracks commodity price change requests based on verifiable external benchmarks and then captured the requests in the quarterly price updates.
Cost Savings – Drive productivity gains and material cost savings initiatives jointly with customer and tracks each item to completion.
Change Management – Tracks initiatives with customer and coordinate activities between Hayco and P&G departments.
Demand Planning – Involves in the weekly correspondence for demand planning and resolves conflict when necessary. Overlooks the impacts of demand planning to Gross Margin.
