Education

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in Packaging / Production environment; project management to delivery schedule; development of structural packaging for consumer goods, cosmetics and/or FCMG (fast moving consumer goods). Customer interface experience preferred.
Familiar with packing development; working with Suppliers; Production environment

Skills:

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & familiar with TOPS (pallet & container loading software) and other related 3D software;

AutoCAD would be a plus.

Job Responsibilities

1.    Work with China team to harness & project manage artwork release & approvals for production, communicate product specification for production
2.    Prepare and release all related packaging technical drawings, specifications, approval sheets and engineering documentations for master control files.
3.    Key liaison with Customer to interface on design, specification and project development schedules
4.    Build and support localisation of packaging component supply for product and process
5.    Work with the China design team & suppliers to Create prototypes/ mock ups for concept review / sample build
6.    Plan, conduct and monitor packaging tests to finalize the packaging design on schedule.
7.    Working to company & customer guidelines.
8.    Ability to be flexible and to follow directions assigned by the line manager for support.
