Lead the Maintenance function and ensure the reliability, availability and performance of the Site equipment and utilities.

The role is responsible for developing the maintenance team, improving preventive and predictive maintenance, controlling maintenance costs and supporting Production and Engineering in the continuous improvement of equipment and processes

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, e.g. planned maintenance programs, shut-downs, emergency repairs, etc., to rectify break-downs and malfunctions and minimize disruptions to business. Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures. Monitor cost and effectiveness of maintenance activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending and achieve timeliness, reliability, and safety standards. Liaise with functional or operational area managers to coordinate scheduled maintenance activities with their operations. Estimate the cost, time, and resources required for repair projects. Prepare work orders and monitor the progress of work against estimates. Ensure repair and service activities are completed accurately, safely and on-time.
