Job Responsibilities

Create and maintain supplier database in SAP to ensure accuracy of records, prepare and create orders for sample and new project, ensure completing all processes as scheduled. Responsible for quotation and development of new supplier based on competitive price, good quality, best lead time and service for new project. Work with Quality and NPD teams to assess suppliers based on commercial, quality, social responsibility, C-TPAT, Engineering, Production and Logistics, as appropriate. Participate in supplier management with PMC and Quality in respect of production capacity requirement, on-time delivery and production quality. Update and upkeep supplier database, ensure accuracy on ongoing basis. Achieve cost savings towards the target cost level and follow through quotation of new projects and feedback quickly.
