Engineer II Industrial Engineering

CTR/Hayco is a multinational manufacturing company looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our Production team in Portugal.

Job Purpose

The Industrial Engineer plan and optimize production layouts and processes with the objective of increasing productivity, eliminating wastefulness, reducing costs and ensuring quality standards are met.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement tools, FMEA, DFMA and production planning;
• 2 – 5 years professional experience in industrial environment;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Proactive, autonomous and flexible mindset, with a passion for technical excellence;
• Structured, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently;
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
