Job Responsibilities

Perform assembly and manufacture analysis for new products. Make DFM proposal. Support product design team to optimize the product design as well as develop and optimize the procedures, for economical mass production of new products with a focus on cost reduction through manufacturing efficiency. Revisit existing processes, equipment and fixtures to improve product efficiency. Support product design team to identify the potential risk in assembling and manufacture. Conduct tests and measurements throughout the different stages of product design to ensure the design and processes meet the requirements. Assist production line layout, SOP and workflow development required by NPI. Troubleshoot and solve new product production problems with new processes or equipments. Provide automation and assembly solutions to new product design. Review and analyse manufacturing equipment and processes from technical perspective, providing solutions to optomize investment and production efficiency.
