Job Responsibilities

Implement an established project plan. Identify, resolve, or escalate operational problems and minimize delays. Analyze project requirements and perform standard technical calculations. Coordinate the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and provide satisfactory standards of service. Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate project status within and beyond the project team. Work with internal teams on assembly, manufacturing set-up. Conduct tooling qualification for plastics, metal, rubber parts, outsourced parts, etc. Develop testing plan and equipments with team for execution. Debug and solve engineering and technical issues by employing solid scientific methodologies and statistical analysis. Be responsible for the engineering build from pilot run to the start of mass production including evaluation of data and result.
